Finding themselves in an MCO lockdown and fondly reminiscing on sunny summer weekends by the beach, Christian and Alesia teamed up to write this upbeat summer bop, ‘The Weekend’. The story of a new romance separated by circumstance, eagerly awaiting a weekend getaway so that they may be reunited for some fun in the sun.

Although ‘The Weekend’ was the last song to be written on the album, it is part one(1) of a two(2) part song series, with part two(2) set to be released in December 2020.
